On Sukkot, the mitzvah of taking the lulav and etrog—the Four Kinds—beautifully symbolizes this unity, binding together every type of Jew in one blessing and one purpose. This year, the first day of Sukkot falls on October 7th, a day of deep significance in our recent history. On October 7th this year, let us gather, bless, and shake the lulav and etrog, declaring that we are one people. United, strong, and unbreakable, we bring light and hope to the Jewish future.
